For Easter we went to Stonebridge for brunch with the grandparents and Aunt April and Uncle J. Here are some pics!

We got back our pictures from Cameron's newborn photo shoot. They turned out awesome! Here are some of our favorites.

I'm 2 weeks old!

Cameron turned two weeks old yesterday! Aunt April snapped some cute pictures to remember this milestone :)

Adjusting to a new life is not easy but we wouldn't have it any other way! So far, Cameron has been a wonderful baby. If he cries, he is either hungry, needs to be changed, or burped. After the problem is fixed, he is back to being a little angel again! He eats about every 3 hours, but I think he's starting to understand the difference between night and day so after his night feedings, he gets to sleep much faster than he did when he first came home. Here are some recent pics and a video!

This video is of Cameron sneezing. It's so funny because his arms always fly around when he sneezes and he punches himself in the face. We put "the sneeze" in slow motion to get the full effect :)

This is the first picture edited so far of Cameron from his newborn photo shoot....many more to come!!

Happy Birthday Cameron!

Cameron Georg Roos made his entrance on April 2nd, 2011 at 4:03 pm. We went to the hospital for a scheduled induction Friday night at 8, but after 20 hours or labor the doctors decided that it was time to get him out quickly. I was rushed into the operating room and a few minutes later Cameron came out.

Cameron is the most well behaved baby ever. He rarely cries, sleeps pretty good, and eats like a champ.

Funny side note, Jonas' old boss and his wife were also expecting a baby but two weeks after us. Around 4 am saturday morning Jonas got a text saying they had just checked into L&D, and we got to spend the next few days with Tommy, Krista and Baby Ella.

We were finally discharged after lunch on Tuesday, and brought our bundle of joy back to his new home. Attached are some pictures of Cameron's "Firsts":

Cameron--- We are ready!

We officially have everything we need to be "ready" for Cameron. His room is now finished and I have bought all of the necessities. Now, we just need a baby to utilize all these fun things! I've been measuring over 2 weeks ahead, so the doctor said he could come any day. I am working out a lot and eating spicy food....we will see how that works out!

Jonas and I put up a really cool vinyl tree on the wall over the crib!

We also replaced the new chair in the room with a different new chair that April found!

Week 37

Another funny note--we went and got some Thai food today and this is what my fortune cookie said, "A short stranger will soon enter your life with blessings to share." I wonder if the fortune is talking about Cameron...........

Maternity Pictures and Mazda #2

This past weekend we met with Sherah Witt at the Dallas Arboretum for a photo session (I was still banged up from the car accident but decided to tough it out). This girl did an awesome job and below are some of the pictures she took.

Also, we were able to find a new car to replace the one that was totalled. Pay close attention, its a 2011 instead of a 2010, but other than that its exactly the same.

Hopefully we will get to keep this one a bit longer then the first one.
