1st week of volleyball season!

The first week of volleyball season has come and gone. It was quite a busy week. Besides the long hours of practice, 6 scrimmages, and overnight bonding retreat, Bishop Lynch lost two great students in a car accident on Wednesday night. I knew one of the kids really well, so it's been really tough for everyone at school. In the meantime, Cameron had a great week with his grandparents and daddy. He has grown some hair in the past week so he is no longer bald!
Sometimes Cameron gets a hold of your fingers and almost chews them off. It makes him feel better.
 He loves his bath time!

Cameron is 4 months old!!!!

Wow! Cameron is growing up so fast and has learned lots of new things lately. Some of Cameron's favorite activities include: smiling, laughing, looking at himself in the mirror, playing in his bouncy seat, grabbing things and putting them in his mouth, drooling, and observing people. His least favorite thing is the teething pains that he has started to experience lately. Overall, he is an extremely happy baby and the joy of our lives!

These are his 4 month checkup stats-- 77% weight (16 pounds, 13 ounces) and 95% in height (26.5 inches)

Since we have been so bad at posting in the last month, here are quite a few of our favorite Cameron pictures.

Fourth of July Festivities!

We had a very busy weekend full of fun, friends, and family. One Saturday, Kelan, Bees, and Jeremy came over. This was Bees' first time to meet Cameron! After that, we had a little fun at Top Golf!
On Sunday, we took a trip up to Stonebridge Ranch with the family. There were 12 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby! They had a buffet, band, and fireworks. A perfect evening!

Last week April turned 26! To celebrate, we had a birthday dinner with dad on Saturday night, surprise birthday dinner for April on Sunday night, and birthday dinner with mom on her actual birthday, Monday night. It was a weekend of birthday celebrations!

Father's Day Celebrations!

On June 11 my cousin in California, Kristin, graduated from Cal Poly Tech so my grandpa decided to make a trip out there for the graduation and then swing by Dallas afterwards before heading back to New Jersey. My uncle, Kristin's dad, happened to have a business meeting in Dallas so he was able to come as well! It was so awesome having them both here and giving them a chance to hang out with Cameron!

Also, over the course of the week, I got to celebrate Father's Day with my dad, my step-dad, my grandpa, and my wonderful husband who got to celebrate his first Father's Day!
Here is my grandpa, "Papa," holding his great grandson!

Week 9 & 10

So we missed the 9 week post last weekend so this will be a double feature. Cameron has changed so much over the last 2 weeks, and every day he shows us something new. He likes to smile and giggle, eats all the time, and sleeps consistently through the night (6-7 hours). Occasionally he will attempt to cry, but it usually doesn't last very long.

9 weeks
We started the week at the Arboretum for Jonas' birthday with friends and family. Once we got there Jonas and Cam laid down on the blanket and took it easy for a while.

 More smiles
We went and visited my old assistant coach Kaylyn from Skyline who just had double surgery with rods inserted the length of her shins. This requires some major rest so we hung out in the bed with her.
Cam got a "Kickin Coaster" from Poppy Chip's friends so that he could practice his leg kicks.
We also took out the baby pool for Cameron's first swim outside. He was not that interested and preferred to stay on dry land.
