Check that one of the list, no big deal at all. Now we just need to him start walking.....

Some pics from the last 4 months :)
So life has been pretty busy the last few months, and therefore the blog has suffered. Cameron has grown so big, not walking yet, but he crawls all over the house. Here is a quick summary in picture form.
Halloween (a giant sombrero, a pirate and a parrot)
We went to Colorado for a wedding....
....And got deathly ill, made it to the reception for about 15 minutes
We took some fall family pictures
Cameron spent a lot of time at Dr. Straughn's office getting rid of daycare crud
Cam clapped and smiled his way through his first Christmas
The little guy enjoys going on walks
and swinging
He dresses pretty cool
crawls if he wants something
He loves his pre-meal puffs
We went to 5 Baylor games (TCU, Missouri, Tx Tech, Texas & the victory at the Alamo vs. Washington)
The first outdoor project in our huge backyard......a firepit

San Francisco Trip!
This is kind of a late post, but better late than never :) So, on September 23 we headed to San Jose, CA for my cousins wedding. It was a gorgeous wedding and we had lots of fun in San Jose and San Francisco!

Surviving the Season!
It's week 3 of Bethel and week 7 of volleyball season. On top of that, we bought a house and are moving in the next month!! The goal is -- SURVIVE.
Cameron is doing really well at day care everyday. We had a bit of a problem with the A/C at Bethel, but thankfully that has now been fixed. With our record breaking hot summer, I was concerned about him hanging out at a place with a wall of windows and a broken A/C!
We bought a house in Lakewood and couldn't be more excited. We aren't thrilled to be moving this time of year, but we know we can make it happen and feel so blessed to have sold our house (without it being on the market!) and to have found a new home that we really love. We are in the final stages of purchasing, so hopefully everything will go smoothly.
Volleyball season is going great at BL. We are currently 4-0 in district and setting our goals high for another State Championship.
Here are some picture of Cameron! Lately, Cameron has been laughing a lot, grabbing his feet, staring at his hands and trying to "work" them on command, grabbing for toys, and teething! Cameron's first tooth appeared about a week ago. It is a sharp little thing! He also loves to try to talk to you and makes lots of funny noises. He's such a funny little guy!

Cameron's First Day at Bethel!
On Monday, August 29, Cameron started his first day at Bethal Early Learning Center. Bethal is the cutest school ever and the people are so nice. Currently, there are 8 babies in the class with 3 full time employees and 1 part time employee. However, right now, there are only 5 babies there, so they get tons of attention! Three of the babies haven't started yet because they have either not been born or aren't old enough to start, but their spots are reserved.
The school is only 10 minutes from Tricia's work, so luckily she can stop by to check up on Cameron anytime. Here is a picture of Cameron on his first day of "school."

Cameron was there from about 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. After he got home, he got some playtime, a bath, and some milk and passed out earlier than ever! It must have been quite a day for the little guy! Hopefully Cameron will make new friends and become a social butterfly from this experience.

Some Pics of Cam!
This guy loves to stand up all the time.....a sure way to get him to start screaming is to try to make him sit down. He will most likely skip crawling and go straight to walking.
We started putting Cameron at the table while we are eating to get him used to our routine.
Some tummy time
New jump toy
Doesn't he look like a turkey? One of his new "things to do" is to lay on his back and grab his feet.
Here is Cam's first meeting with a delicious plate of sushi. He would not stop staring at our food and was constantly making his hungry face
Here he fell asleep in the car holding his favorite lion buddy

1st week of volleyball season!
The first week of volleyball season has come and gone. It was quite a busy week. Besides the long hours of practice, 6 scrimmages, and overnight bonding retreat, Bishop Lynch lost two great students in a car accident on Wednesday night. I knew one of the kids really well, so it's been really tough for everyone at school. In the meantime, Cameron had a great week with his grandparents and daddy. He has grown some hair in the past week so he is no longer bald!
Sometimes Cameron gets a hold of your fingers and almost chews them off. It makes him feel better.
He loves his bath time!
Hanging out with Mr. Giraffe
Look at those leg rolls!
